For the past 15 years, Jane Alty has cooked professionally, working with some of the best chefs in the industry at some of London’s top restaurants including Bibendum, Galvin at Windows and Racine. After joining executive chef David Thompson’s team at the Michelin-starred Nahm, her specialism turned to traditional Thai cooking. This experience has given her an invaluable insight into Thai culture and how to cook this deeply complex and demanding cuisine.

But it hasn’t always been about Thai food. Jane's career has introduced her to a variety of different cuisines, cultures and cooking styles. This scope and variety is one of the many reasons she wants to take restaurant cooking into the home for a more unique, personal and fun experience.

For me, a special dinner or lunch at home in a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by your friends and family, is going back to the grass roots of cooking. Excellent food and wine with quality company.
