I am sending you this email because I would like to recommend a lady Chef who has set up her own business to do catering for functions/private dinners/office luncheons… I met Jane at the Square Meal event on 18th September when I was looking for someone to cater for small numbers for luncheons and a cocktail party for clients I was organising for 20th October. Jane did an excellent job, presentation and quality wise and everyone commented on how delicious the canapés were. Jane also organised for a waiter to do the serving and he was very professional. I think this could be useful to other PAs who might have similar requirements and I certainly have no hesitation in recommending and giving you Jane’s details. Being French, I do like my food….. and you can be sure that you won‘t be disappointed if you are looking for class, professionalism and quality. Jane was given a formidable task in designing a menu and sourcing ingredients which were 100% British and seasonal for our particular event. She not only rose to the challenge but relished it! Jane was innovative with the brief we gave her and was willing to improvise at a moment’s notice. We had Jane cooking in an extremely challenging environment but she and her team took it all in their stride, and the event was delivered without a hitch. Hi Zeenat and all, thanks very much indeed. Early morning rising is a chefs routine but bracing the draft in the market with no preparedness was the telling point of commitment and interest. However the environment, the food, the company & the effort that went into all that organising can only be commended and it was absolutely brilliant.
